💳 Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online Payment (Bkash, Nagad, Card)

🚚 Delivery Policy

• Delivery time: 2–5 working days
• Delivery charge:
  • Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
  • Beside Dhaka: 120 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT

❌ Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

📦 Product & Customization

• Some of our products are customized based on customer measurements.
• Slight color variation (up to 5%) may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
• Product availability is subject to stock; some items may be limited.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted at the time of delivery in front of the delivery person in case of valid issues (damage, defect, or wrong item).
• No return or exchange requests will be accepted after the delivery is completed.

⚠️ Customer Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
• If a wrong address or incorrect phone number is provided, the customer will be responsible for any delivery issues.
• Customers must ensure their phone is active and reachable at the time of delivery.
• As some products are customized, customers are responsible for providing correct measurements.

Boshon Outfit Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
